The title comes from the slogan on the guitar of Woody Guthrie, The show traces the history of Folk and "protest" songs with sing-along presentations of songs by Woody Guthrie, The Weavers, Pete Seegar, Ledbelly, Bob Dyan and Jesse Welles. Traditional songs are interspersed with original songs from songwriter Byron LaDue who provides a running commentary linking the songs of yesterday to the political situation today.
